Negli ultimi anni il mondo del marketing, e in particolare le campagne di lead generation, sono stati sconvolti da cambiamenti tecnici e culturali talmente forti da aver azzerato i risultati per molti business che non si sono saputi adattare.
Gli adeguamenti privacy hanno reso molto più complesso ottenere e gestire i contatti dei potenziali clienti, almeno per chi vuole farlo a norma di legge.
Il web si avvia verso uno scenario cookieless e per questo le piattaforme marketing (Meta, Google, etc.) hanno perso efficienza nella gestione dei loro pubblici: in altre parole, l’algoritmo funziona molto peggio di prima e le campagne sono meno efficaci.
A questo si aggiunge che la maggior parte degli utenti non vuole navigare il tuo sito: è un dato di fatto che ormai oltre l’80% delle visite su Google o sui Social si concludono senza una visita a un sito esterno.
In questo contesto la vecchia lead generation (basata sul generare traffico dai social verso la tua landing page per poi convertire un utente grazie a un modulo di contatto) è diventata molto costosa e imprevedibile.
Ce ne siamo accorti con Bussolastar e siamo riusciti a aggiornare le nostre campagne di lead generation per superare questi ostacoli e generare costantemente nuovi contatti per il business di Pierpaolo.
Il primo passo per una strategia in piattaforma di successo è accettare il fatto che bisognerà coordinare le attività in organico con quelle pubblicitarie in modo molto più attento.
Nel caso di Bussolastar abbiamo sfruttato post, discussioni nei commenti e il gruppo per profilare i segmenti di pubblico senza fare affidamento sul Pixel sul nostro sito.
Non sai cos’è il Pixel? È un piccolo codice che permette a Facebook di sapere chi è stato sul nostro sito. È stato molto utile, e lo è tutt’ora, ma se il nostro utente non accetta i cookie il Pixel rimane “spento”. Ecco perché oggi bisogna trovare delle alternative!
Partendo da pubblici profilati per interessi e per le loro interazioni con il nostro brand abbiamo avviato campagne di richiesta informazioni per il corso Diventa un Controller: hai letto bene, non si tratta di un’iscrizione “de botto” ma di una richiesta di informazioni preliminare.
PRO: abbiamo ricevuto decine di richieste, ogni settimana, sin da subito.
